About

We offer a comprehensive range of health check-up programs, carefully designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our services include eye examinations, couples’ health check-ups, and general health assessments tailored for different age groups.

Why do a Health Check-Up?

"Good Health Cannot Be Bought"

Therefore, you should not overlook taking care of yourself and regularly getting health check-ups. These help screen for potential risks and prevent serious diseases that may arise in the future. It’s also essential to receive advice from doctors, nurses, and other health experts for long-term wellness.

Our bodies work constantly, never resting, even while we sleep. This leads to deterioration over time, accelerated by daily living habits that vary from person to person based on factors such as gender, age, pre-existing conditions, or even family medical history, which can contribute to genetic diseases. These factors all influence an individual’s risk of developing different illnesses. Regular health maintenance and check-ups are crucial to assess health status, identify risk factors for diseases, and create a plan to prevent and mitigate risks. Early detection of abnormalities can lead to early intervention and treatment, preventing the progression of diseases.

How to Prepare for Your Health Check-Up

  • Get enough sleep, at least 6-8 hours, before the check-up. Lack of sleep can affect the results, especially blood pressure, heart rate, and body temperature, making it difficult for doctors to assess if there are real abnormalities.
  • Refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-10 hours before the check-up (small sips of water are allowed).
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the check-up, as alcohol and certain medications can affect test results.
  • It is best to arrive at the hospital in the morning to avoid exhaustion, as you will have been fasting for several hours.
  • If you are taking blood pressure medication, continue to do so as per your doctor’s advice, but inform the doctor or nurse before the check-up.
  • If you have any chronic illnesses or other health conditions, please bring your medical reports or past test results to assist in the diagnosis.
  • Wear clothing that makes it easy to access your arms for blood sampling.
  • Women should avoid getting tested during the 7 days before and after menstruation.
  • If you are menstruating, avoid the urine test, as blood contamination can affect the results.
  • If undergoing breast cancer screening with a mammogram, avoid scheduling it during your menstrual period, as the breasts tend to be tender and swollen. It’s best to schedule the test after your period.
  • If you suspect you may be pregnant, inform the staff so they can skip the X-ray examination.
