Cervical cancer vaccine (HPV)

Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in Thai women after breast cancer and has a mortality rate exceeding 50%. Prevention by vaccination against HPV is the most effective way to prevent cervical cancer.

Therefore, the vaccine should be given before having sex, between the ages of 9 and 26, because the body is at an age where it can build up immunity to achieve maximum effectiveness, as HPV is primarily transmitted through sexual contact.

Men are generally carriers of the virus and can spread it to others through sexual contact. It is more common in women than in men, but if men are infected with the virus, it can cause genital cancer.

HPV is not only the cause of cervical cancer but also vaginal cancer. Therefore, prevention by getting the HPV vaccination at an early age can help prevent the disease.

Recommendations for vaccination

Get enough sleep, at least 7-8 hours, before receiving the injection.
Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee, or energy drinks.
On the day of vaccination, you should not have a fever or any illnesses such as diarrhea, allergic rash, etc.
Avoid exercising at least 2 hours before vaccination and avoid exercising 1 day after vaccination.
On the day of vaccination, you can eat, drink, and take your regular medication as usual.
Inform the doctor of important information that should be known before vaccination, such as chronic diseases, history of drug or vaccine allergies, antiplatelet medications that cause abnormal bleeding, and other information that the doctor should know.
Wear short-sleeved clothing for ease of vaccination.

Terms of Service

This price includes the cost of the vaccine, medical equipment (related to vaccination), nursing service fees, and hospital service fees (outpatients).
This price does not include the doctor’s fee. If you wish to see a doctor for vaccination consultation, the cost is no more than 200 baht for adults and no more than 300 baht for children.
This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, and cannot be used to collect fees from insurance companies.
